Destoner to remove small stones and broken materials
2 . Water Adding and Cooking Process
Water adding tank--- water adding screw ---Storage Tank (Soak Time depends on raw corn moisture)
Cooking Tank to make corn half mature and ensure the moisture to be the best condition for flaking.
3 . Flaking ,Cooling & Drying
Flaking mill will produce flaking pieces , then enter dryer & cooler with hot and cool air to reduce moisture and tempreture .
4 . Finished Products Packing
